We enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Very comfortable, close to the attractions. My family and I have just returned from The Sunshine State. It was one of the best visits I have enjoyed to Florida. I give a lot of credit to this experience to the home we rented in Orlando.

We all had a great time and every thing went very smoothly. The cable TV was excellent so many channels! Not that we had time to watch much apart from some of the World Series. We would get home totally exhausted after each days activities and it was nice to be able to relax in a comfortable home. The directions were very good and we found our way with no hiccups. Thanks for the supermarket details we found the new Walmart, which opened while we were there.

House was well maintained, I have absolutely no complaints. SunKiss Villas has Disney Vacation Rentals in great locations near Disney World. The other Orlando attractions like Universal Studios and Seaworld are close also. Most of our homes are in the 15 minute range to Disney World.

I just wanted to comment to say what an enjoyable trip we had to Florida. The house was absolutely wonderful and accommodated our gang with room to spare. Even got to see a snake one morning peaking in the screen.

Pool was warm Beds were comfy, property manager ... The house is spacious and worked well for our large family of 10. We had to buy a frying pan and pans, because everything stuck to theirs. They could do some upgrading with the kitchen utensils. Students looking to rent in Disney while staying close to campus will have access to Everest Univ., South Orlando, Valencia C.C., Sand Lake, and Valencia C.C., Osceola Campus. Loved the home, location unbelievably central to absolutely everything. Even when there was just 2 of us, your home is set up so you don't even know the back bedrooms are even there. Everyone had their own space, especially the 3 grandkids.

We stayed nearly three weeks and felt really at home - a lovely place for a family to stay. We can’t thank you enough for providing this gorgeous house for us to stay in, it was truly a home away from home! We loved every minute of our vacation and hope to come back very soon. Beautifully furnished and with more than ample tv, video and dvd coverage for every room, everyone was delighted.

If we needed anything the supermarket and other stores were only about 1/2 mile away. It was nice to come home to a nice quiet house and pool just for us that we didn't have to share with 1,000 other people like we would have if we had to stay at a hotel. The house was very spacious also so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I will be recommending it to my friends and family. We have traveled to Florida many times over the past 20 years and stayed in numerous hotels.
